More diversity at Siemens
In this FT.com article I noticed the following quote by Mr. Peter Löscher, CEO of Siemens:
“The management board are all white males. Our top 600 managers are predominantly white German males. We are too one-dimensional.”

I think a culture mix within a company of old, young, men and women is very import because each will bring their individual luggage of cultur experience as well as diffrent opinions and ideas to the company. A one way view is dangers regarding not seeing possible chances or dangers subject to the company.
