How do you help people overcome fear for change?

I thought about why some people resist change and found these 5 reasons:



Thinking about what a company can do to adapt faster to changes, for example changes in customer needs, I got the idea that it would be useful to help people - for example employees, managers, and/or suppliers - reduce the fear they have for change.
