3M’s innovative culture

3M is an example of a company with an innovative culture. In this interview, Larry Wendling of 3M explains the company’s principles of innovation. Mr. Wendling also gives some examples of how the principles of innovation are lived out. Note, for example, the "poster sessions" that generate new ideas.
